The rooms are spacious enough with a well-equipped kitchen which is great to have when travelling with toddlers. The room service was quick and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room cleaning was done everyday even without requesting, which was great. the breakfast spread was sumptuous. Overall had a great stay at this hotel.

This is the Hotel… note of merit that must be done aside it is for the hotel staff. They were not only very kind (which you find almost everywhere in Dubai) but they were EXTRAORDINARY not only in their willingness to fulfill every wish (I also had a surprise all to myself at breakfast!), but also in helping us in the first person solve a major problem with the return flight.

We chose this stay option as Location wise it is good, stores around (24 hrs open) and kitchenette is such a saviour when you are travelling as family with small kids.
We were kindly welcomed by the Savoy staff even at midnight with a welcome drink and small surprise pack for the kids which was totally unexpected.
There is so much positive energy around with the staff who is ready to help with or without asking. The breakfast buffet is too good as it caters to different age groups and also cuisines. The evening snacks for kids is such a treat for families!
The rooms in this hotel may be small, but they’re superbly equipped and well maintained. Also, the staff is so friendly in terms of extending extra services and helping guests that you really feel like you’re at home. The breakfast is also sumptuous and tasty.
They say that “Home is where the heart is”, and this applies in a different way to this hotel, because the staff has such a large heart, that it makes the place like home.
