Savoy Suites has definitely become my Home away from Home. I have been a resident of Dubai for the last 16 years and recently relocated to India – but keep coming every month to Dubai and stay at the Savoy Suites. Your staff are friendly, motivated and definitely go that one step more to make sure that we are comfortable. A lot of my Overseas Manufacturer’s have also started specifying us to book them into the Savoy Suites which is a testimony of the quality you offer. Your staff were great, very friendly and cooperative and helpful indeed, even responding immediately at 11.30pm when I had some problems with internet connections by sending someone (sorry I could not remember his name!) to my room to sort it out…..The front desk team was excellent. “The apartment was big and had a small kitchen with equipment. We enjoyed the pool on the roof and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It also has a great location. Metro, shopping center, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We enjoyed the stay at Savoy suites with our little baby.”

– “Very well located hotel close to metro station, old district of Bastakiya and Dubai Museum. Apartments are excellent for families with children, because of the kitchenette. Rooms clean and tidy. Roof-located pool with Jacuzzi also a good refreshing after city-walks”.

“I stayed for a week at the Savoy, including the New Year’s weekend - i should say that i really enjoyed my stay there. Being a hotel apartment it had the best of both worlds. Luxury of a hotel and conveniences of an apartment. At the price we paid it was a steal really. The location in Bur Dubai is a huge draw as it is well within the heart of the city. The staff was very courteous and the amenities including the swimming pool and spa were great. Be warned it is quite a small swimming pool though - but well maintained. The Jacuzzi is temperature controlled and is great coz the December- January chill was on Dubai. I would definitely stay at the Savoy Suites when i visit Dubai again. Highly recommend it as the best for the price !!!.”

Translation: We were excited about the swimming pool on the roof of the hotel. The apartment was fine - two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood.

“Bij aankomst goed ontvangen zeer aardig personeel, hotel was erg netjes en de kamers waren mooi en schoon, wat ik heel erg belangrijk vind. Op het dak een prima verzorgd zwembad. Hotel is op loopafstand van Burjuman Mall en een plaatselijke supermarkt en ligt mooi centraal om naar andere plekken te gaan. Niets op aan te merken.”
Translation: On arrival received very good friendly staff, hotel was very clean and the rooms were nice and clean, which I find very important. On the roof a good standard swimming pool. Hotel is within walking distance from Burjuman Mall and a local supermarket and pretty centrally located to other places to go. Nothing to complain about.

“Nice little surprise off of Mankhool Road in Bur Dubai. Nice clean rooms and updated bathrooms. Parking supplied and the pool was small but nice. Easy walk to metro station and bars of Bur Dubai.”

“We loved everything about the hotel. it was just perfect. the staff were very very friendly and nice. we didnt miss home while we were there. it was a home away from home. Its a place i will recommend for anyone to stay. it was very clean, and all their facilities were in place. what ever service they mentioned online to have was really available. and the hotel is actually more beautiful than the pictures online. and the food was excellent. its a four star hotel but the services are more like a five star hotel. the internet services were also free even in the rooms.”

“We are a young coupe of 19 and 20 as soon as we arrived we were greeted with a fresh tropical fruit juice and smile. The staff are more than helpful and always try and assist you with your baggage. We arrived in the room to everything smelling very fresh and clean. The room was very spacious and having the little kitchenette was useful. It is close to the burjuman mall. The mall has lots of shops and places to eat which was very useful also spinnys super market was close by. Overall i would deffinatly reccommend this hotel to anyone. Very pleasant stay. And very good price”

“Excellent small apartment suites. Stayed there in a studio for one night. Excellent alternative to a hotel. Especially for long stays. The location is a bit far off from DIFC but close to major malls and restaurants. Good for a family visit as well.”

–“ I highly recommend this hotel both for the wonderful staff working there ready to help literally with everything and the neat clean accommodation provided. Very nice rooms equipped with all necessary thing for easy stay. You are surrounded with everything necessary for the best holiday - nice restaurant, clean pool, good housekeeping, and extremely helpful personnel. We stayed there with little children, we had all conveniences for them, additionally they were treated with ice and popcorn every day - little joy that made them happy every day. I’d prefer to stay there again during the next visit to Dubai.”

I am Maria writing to you all. We really really enjoyed our stay at the Savoy suites. Many special thanks to Sandeep and Bertilla at the reception we miss their ever smiling faces and for all the information that they gave us. Thanks also to the Fand B staff Thomas, Umesh and Analin who provided us with excellent service. Analin had my green tea ready for me everyday and It was almost like leaving family.
We will surely come again to Savoy.

I booked the accommodation at the Savoy for my daughter and my niece via the Internet and I must say, the girls have shown me pictures and the hotel is exactly how it looks on the Internet. It is refreshing to know you can send two young girls on a trip on their own and they are well taken care of!
Every one of my requests was met, i.e. I asked for 2 single beds to be put in the bedroom – this was done, I asked for the girls to be collected from the airport – this was done, I asked for an early check in – this was done.The girls tell me the staff and the service was very good and they will most definitely be back. It was their first trip to Dubai and they have absolutely fallen in love with it – they are already planning the next trip!

Hotel staff members were extremely friendly. Good facilities, free-of-charge fast Internet, close to supermarkets (2 to 5 min of walk). Centrally located. Taxis pass near hotel all the time, so you can catch taxi easily (at most you have to wait 2 min). Food is really good. Great value for money

It was a wonderful experience and we were very happy with the service we received. I can not think or even point out one flaw, excellent friendly staff.
We diefinately will be staying at the Savoy Suites next time too.

I really liked the place for the value of money it offers. Great staff, great comfort, nice sized rooms, and good comfort and ameneties. The location could have been a bit better but if you have a car then the overall experience makes up for that. I would recommend Savoy Suites to any one who wants a short stay in Dubai.
