We met when I and my husband were having breakfast at Savoy Park Hotel. We were living at Ascot hotel Apt. but didn’t like to eat there at all. Savoy Park is very nice and homey place and very clean and the staff there is excellent and service is very good and have to say that service was better than it was at Hilton Hotel and Spa in Ras Al Khaimah. We were at Hilton hotel this year two weeks same as last year.
It's no doubt that good management and skilled and friendly staff is basis for the success of hotel. It seems that you have managed to combine both. Thank you of discount of breakfast price. There was no room at your hotel when we were searching accommodation for our staying in Dubai and of course if you use travel agent they have their own hotels. If and when we next time are coming to Dubai we will choose Savoy Park or Savoy Suites. As I told we were two weeks at Savoy suites in the year 2004 and we liked it very much. We have noted that Savoy suites have been renewed after that. We have seen also one apartment at Savoy Park as one couple from Finland was last year accommodated there. It was nice to meet and discuss with you. Kindly give our special thanks to your staff, too.
Home is always home and it was nice to come back home after five weeks absence. We have still snow but less than when we left from Finland in February to United Arab Emirates. Spring is coming gradually.
I'll give feedback to our travel agent Aurinkomatkat of our travel and hotel and I'll recommend them to choose your hotels to the range of their hotels.

What a nice surprise! Let me thank you all very much for your kindness making my birthday so delightful! I enjoyed it very much - and the birthday cake was delicious.
We feel very much at home in Savoy Park and particularly like the friendliness of all members of the team. We have firmly decided that next time we come to Dubai it will be Savoy Park again. This is the 20th time we come to Dubai, before we were able to stay at our daughter's apartment, which lived in Dubai for 14 years. From now on Savoy Park will be our home

We have visited Rotana and Atlantis in the Arabic Emirates as well as five-star hotels in Europe but it seems to me that it's not always about stars. I enjoyed my stay at your hotel. The only small suggestion I would make is to have a fork with the spoon to serve the omlette at breakfast. They are difficult to pick up with just a spoon.
The staff and service were excellent, both at breakfast and reception. Omlettes were very good and coffee excellent. A happy place to stay.

The staffs at your hotel are an absolute credit to you. I've stayed in quite a few hotels over the years, but nowhere have I experienced staffs that are as friendly, personable and eager to please as at this hotel. They're a real credit to the hotel and it felt like we were leaving family when we left the hotel.

I had an enjoyable stay at your hotel during my vacation in Dubai. It was my first time in Dubai and despite being in the UAE alone, I felt safe under the care of the hotel. I am and my son spent 10 nice days in your country and in your Savoy Park Hotel. Friendly staff, tasty breakfast, large and clean room - everything was beautiful. The locus of your Hotel is good. The bus to beach was in time every day without any problems. 10-15 minutes’ walk to metro station, inexpensively by taxi to all main places of Dubai. So I would like to say that your Savoy Park Hotel is good and for businessman, and for people who have a vacation. If it is necessary you can use my opinion in Internet or any other place by name “Russian traveler”.
Next year I and some my friends plan to visit your country again and I would like to ask you one question. If I’ll book in your Hotel can you help to receive visa for me or I have to do this over Tourism Service?
