I've been to Dubai a few times and each time I stay somewhere new, I always wish I opted for Savoy Crest. It's a brilliant hotel in a great location. This time when I went to Dubai, I made sure we stayed here because it's a guaranteed pleaser.

It's right next to 2 different train stations (red and green route), round the corner from 2 Spinneys and is a short stroll next to Burjuman shopping centre.

The staff  here are very friendly and helpful. Our flight arrived early so when we got to the hotel, they offered us another room to freshen up and relax until our room became available. We ended up falling asleep for about 5 hours, in which the hotel never hassled us or requested us to move out.

The room we had was spacious and came with a little kitchenette which has a washing machine, microwave and cooker.

The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna and a decent gym.

We'd definitely stay here again as it's got everything we need. With the new train system, we can get anywhere quickly and cheaply

I enjoyed my stay in Savoy infact I have been staying only in SAVOY since 2007 during my visits to Dubai..

My son and I really enjoyed our recent stay at the Savoy Crest Hotel Apartments.

The welcome we received on arrival was warm.  Reception staff immediately knew who I was without having to explain and the welcome drink of fruit juice was appreciated.  The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped.

The housekeeping staff kept the apartment very clean.  On a few days, my son got up late and it was nearly midday before we left the apartment.  The housekeeper did not appear put out by this even though he could not get into the apartment until lunchtime to clean it; although it must have disrupted his cleaning schedule.

I enjoyed the varied buffet breakfast and we both appreciated the swimming pool.

The Savoy Crest is in a very convenient location within easy walking distance of two Metro stations and a Spinneys supermarket.  It is therefore easy to visit much of Dubai at very reasonable cost.  We also had two day trips out of the city by bus - one to Abu Dhabi and one to Hatta.  Thanks to the Green Metro Line, it was very easy to reach the bus stations at Al Ghubaida and Gold Souk.

The Valentine's red rose and the photograph, which you e-mailed to me was an unexpected 'extra'.

I could have happily stayed longer but my son had to return to school.  I will definitely book the Savoy Crest again for my next trip to Dubai.  In the meantime please thank your staff for their professional, friendly and helpful service.

Believe it or not - we are missing you all at Savoy Crest too !!!

We all enjoyed our stay at Savoy Crest, and the apartments were spacious and had all the amenities - and these amenities were provided even in the Studio apartment which was really a blessing, so each of our families were happy doing their own chores.

More importantly, the Studio, the One Bedroom and the Two Bedroom apartments are really spacious and the location of Savoy Crest is perfect to walk to the Apsara Supermarket for groceries and small purchases and there is also a Pharmacy and ATM - so we could not have chosen a better place than yours to stay at.  Savoy Crest was highly recommended to us by my close relative Mrs. Sheila Toscano and we thank her for guiding us in our choice of hotel.

My special thanks to Mr. Khan, Mr. Puthran and Grace for bearing with me during the time I was doing the reservations and troubling them with so many requests.  Finally, everything worked out perfectly.

I would also like to say special thanks to Reshma for accommodating our large family of 13 members all on the same floor (3rd floor), so that we were close to each other.  My 80 year old Mother was with us and this helped her to walk across to the other family members.

Mother is very grateful for this special arrangement made by Reshma.

Many thanks also to the Front Office staff - all of them were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay, and gave us advice on local areas to visit and also assisted us with bookings for the entertainment that Dubai offers.

The complimentary breakfast is excellent and the wide choice of breakfast items made us eat a lot more than we usually do.  The live-counter Chef whipping up the eggs to cater to each one is great.

So I must mention that the Staff here too were very good and room service was prompt and nice.  Many thanks to all of them.

I must also mention the good work of the Housekeeping Staff and the care they took of us.

Finally, I want to say A BIG THANK YOU to all at Savoy Crest (in case I have forgotten anyone), and we have all decided that when we next visit Dubai, we will definitely stay at SAVOY CREST.

First working day after vacation, we would like to thanks everyone of your crew, our vacation went brilliantly. Your crew were allways smiling and very eager to help, whatever  was the matter. Already planning next vacation in Dubai. But anyhow, give our best regards to your crew in Savoy Crest.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at the Savoy Crest.  Your staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we found our room to be much larger than expected and very clean and comfortable for a family.  Travelling with a 3 year old can be difficult but the DVD in the room and rooftop pool kept her entertained and happy.  We found the location excellent for the sights we wanted to see and had no trouble catching a taxi at your doorstep to many attractions. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious and the staff very attentive and prompt. I would happily recommend the Savoy Crest and have no negative feedback to express. Good value, quality accommodation.

It was indeed a pleasure for me and my family to stay in Savoy Crest, a home away from home. The staff was very warm and courteous. Whatever we desired, it was supplied to us within minutes. There was every facility in place for us. The location is excellent. The pickup from the airport was pleasuresome. The breakfast was sumptuous. Your staff is a credit to your business. It was an easy choice to return there after our first stay around a month ago knowing without a doubt that they were dedicated in looking after the guests' needs. I witnessed them endure some challenging circumstances with some demanding guests and they remained professional and courteous throughout each of the ordeals. The breakfast team were fantastic and went out of their way to ensure ease of self service. Please look after your staff and I'm sure you do already, as they are the key to success. They "make" the business.
